Care Home Support Docs begins its founding phase
We are defining the standards, safeguards, and community partnerships needed for a responsible citation-and-rebuttal resource library. Early priorities include privacy-conscious redaction, plain-language guidance, and a structured way to preserve lessons learned.
Educational resource service
New legal intake and assignments remain closed. The drafting and review workspace is being prepared for independently engaged attorneys and supervised staff. Planned ChatGPT AI assistance would help organize records and draft replies; AI processing and automated legal-deadline reminders are not active. Explore the AI service plan. CareHomesSupportDocs.org is an independent nonprofit platform built to give licensed California care facility operators a transparent, compliant way to publish rebuttals to regulatory citations issued by the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD). We believe facility operators deserve a structured, moderated channel to provide context alongside the public citation record.
Every rebuttal published on our platform passes through a rigorous moderation process to ensure no resident-identifying information is ever disclosed, language remains professional, and content stays factually grounded. We are not affiliated with any government agency — we are an independent voice for California care facility operators.
